About

Built for teams that want the truth about their film

RunbackIQ exists because competitive teams rarely lose for the reason they think they did.

Most teams review film informally: someone rewatches the last two minutes, an argument follows, and the same mistake happens the next night. The problem is not effort — it is that nobody logged what actually recurred.

RunbackIQ applies the same structured review to every submission, so findings are comparable game to game and grounded in specific moments instead of impressions. Reports cover execution, communication, positioning, decision-making, team coordination, role accountability and opponent tendencies, and close with priorities written so you can tell afterwards whether they were met.

The review framework was developed on NBA 2K Pro-Am, which is fully available today, with Rocket League and Valorant in beta. The framework is not tied to one title: sports games, tactical shooters, MOBAs and battle royales each get adapted analysis inside the same report structure. New titles go live only once a qualified reviewer is in place, rather than simply being announced.

RunbackIQ tells you what happened, what it cost and what to change first. There are no guaranteed-improvement claims here — just evidence you can check against your own film.

How reviews stay honest

Evidence over opinion

Every claim in a report points to a timestamp. If a moment cannot be shown on film, it does not go in the report.

Ranked, not exhaustive

A list of forty small mistakes changes nothing. Reports lead with the few problems that cost the most.

Honest about limits

One game is one sample. Reports say when a pattern is suggestive rather than proven, and series packages exist for exactly that reason.

Confidential by default

Your film stays private. Samples are only ever created from submissions where permission was explicitly given.
