Privacy Policy
This policy explains what RunbackIQ collects, why, and how long it is kept. It is written for a small, human-run analysis service and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch in regulated markets.
What we collect
Submission details you provide: name, email, team name, game, platform and region, competition type, selected service and package, footage links or permitted file references, evidence source and type, footage length and timestamps, roster or player information, match context, requested focus areas, additional notes, and your consent selections.
Payment records created by Stripe: checkout session and payment intent identifiers, amount, currency, and payment status. RunbackIQ never receives or stores card numbers or payment credentials.
Operational records: email delivery events, workflow status changes, and internal audit entries.
How we use it
To review your footage, verify eligibility and scope, quote the work, collect payment through Stripe-hosted Checkout, deliver the report by email, and support corrections.
To keep financial and audit records as required for accounting and dispute handling.
Confidentiality
Footage, comms, roster information, submission details, and reports are private by default.
We do not publish customer footage or report excerpts without separate, optional permission. That permission is unchecked by default and is not required to buy a review, and it never grants permission to repost raw gameplay or audio.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers required to operate: application hosting and database, transactional email delivery, and Stripe for payment processing. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Submission and report records are retained while the order is active and for a limited period afterward to support corrections and disputes. Financial and audit records are retained as required by law and are not casually deleted.
You may request deletion of your submission content by emailing runbackiq@gmail.com. Records required for tax, accounting, or dispute purposes may be retained in a restricted form.
Security
Submissions are written through a protected server function with validation and sanitization. Anonymous visitors cannot read, list, edit, delete, or directly insert records. Secrets and payment credentials remain server-side only, and personal submission details are kept out of public logs.
