Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Contact details you provide: name or gamer tag and email address.
• Team information: team name, roster and roles, colors or identifying details, competition level.
• Game information: game title, platform, VOD link, game number and time range, result, intended systems and rules, and any context you add.
• Your review questions, selected package and any optional services.
• Your permission choices, recorded separately from the rest of your submission.

We never ask for passwords, platform login credentials or payment card numbers. Gamer tags are always acceptable in place of legal names.

How we use it

Information is used only to review the submitted game, produce your report, deliver it by email, and communicate with you about your submission. It is not used for advertising and is not sold.

Confirmations and permissions

At intake you confirm three things separately: that you are at least 18 (or have parent or guardian authorization), that you are authorized to submit the footage and any team communication in it, and that RunbackIQ may privately access the link to complete the order. These are required to place an order.

Three further permissions are entirely optional and independent of each other and of the service terms: use of an anonymized report excerpt as a sample, use of identifiable footage or screenshots, and occasional marketing emails. Declining all three does not affect your order, and any permission can be withdrawn by email at any time — samples using your material are then removed.

VOD confidentiality

Your VOD and report stay private by default. Links you provide are opened only for the purpose of the review. We do not republish your film, share it with other teams, or provide scouting information about your team to anyone else.

Storage and retention

Submissions, intake answers and delivered reports are stored in access-restricted business systems used for email, file storage and payment records. Submission and report data is retained for up to 24 months so we can answer clarification requests and, for Runback Series customers, compare games over time. Payment and tax records are kept for as long as applicable law requires.

We do not download or archive your footage beyond what is needed to complete the review, and you may request deletion of your submission data and reports at any time.

Third parties

We use standard service providers for email delivery and, once checkout is live, payment processing through Stripe. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor and are never stored by RunbackIQ. Video platforms you link to (for example YouTube, Twitch or Google Drive) operate under their own privacy policies.

Accounts

The first version of RunbackIQ has no customer accounts or dashboards. There is no login, and no password data is collected.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have provided. Email support@runbackiq.com and we will respond within 24 hours.
