Video Confidentiality and Content-Use Policy

What we do — and do not do — with the footage, audio, and reports connected to your order.

Private by default

VODs, replays, communications, roster information, submission details, and delivered reports are confidential. They are used only to produce and support your review.

We do not publish your footage or report excerpts, and we do not use your material as a public sample, without separate written permission.

Anonymized sample permission

The anonymized-sample permission on the submission form is optional, unchecked by default, and separate from the required authorization to analyze your footage. Declining it has no effect on price, scope, or turnaround.

Granting it allows a de-identified excerpt of the written report to be used as an educational example. It does not grant permission to repost your raw gameplay, voice communications, or team identity.

Your authorization

By submitting, you confirm that you have the authority to share the footage and any included communications for private analysis, including permission from teammates whose audio is present.

We never request account passwords or credential-gated access to any platform.

Third-party content in public samples

Public samples on this site are built from publicly available broadcast material or owner-produced footage, are clearly labeled with the evidence used, and describe analysis in text, timestamps, and links. We do not use publisher logos, team logos, copyrighted characters, or unauthorized gameplay art, and no sample implies affiliation or endorsement.

Retention and removal

Footage links and report content are retained while the order is active and for a limited period afterward to support corrections and disputes. You may request removal of your submission content by emailing runbackiq@gmail.com; financial and audit records required by law may be retained in restricted form.

This policy is owner-editable and may be updated as the service changes. Nothing here is legal advice; consumer, tax, and privacy requirements vary by jurisdiction and this language should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.
