Refund and Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel for a full refund before the order enters In Review. Because each report is custom work, payments are generally non-refundable after analysis begins, except when RunbackIQ cannot deliver the agreed service or applicable law requires otherwise.

Starting In Review closes the normal full-refund-before-work window. Status changes are recorded server-side with timestamps.

Delivery estimates begin when payment is confirmed and all required footage, permissions, roster information, and context have been received. Delays caused by inaccessible footage or missing customer information pause the delivery timeline.

Rush service is available only when confirmed in writing. If RunbackIQ misses the agreed rush deadline for reasons under its control, the rush surcharge is refunded.

The 50% rush surcharge applies only to eligible review work and approved evidence overages — never to tax. The clock pauses when required materials become inaccessible.

Delivered reports include one correction request submitted within seven calendar days for factual, timestamp, link, or identification errors. Disagreement with an analytical conclusion does not by itself make the service defective.

If your footage becomes inaccessible or is not usable and cannot be replaced, we will either agree a revised scope or refund the work that cannot be delivered. We do not charge for a report the evidence cannot support.

Checkout links expire after 24 hours. Expiration is not a decline: your submission and quote are preserved, any temporary founding reservation is released, and we can issue a new quote using current pricing and availability.
