Refund Policy

Before the review starts

If you cancel before work on your report has begun, you receive a full refund. Just email us and say so.

Unusable VOD

If your recording cannot be reviewed and you are unable to supply a usable replacement, you receive a full refund.

After delivery

Because each report is custom work, delivered reports are generally non-refundable. If a report does not match what your package describes — for example a section is missing, or timestamps do not correspond to the film — tell us and we will correct it. If it cannot be corrected, you receive a full refund.

Series packages

For a series, unused games are refunded on a pro-rata basis. Games already reviewed and delivered are not refunded.

Not covered

• Disagreement with the analytical conclusions of a delivered, accurate report.
• Competitive results after applying a report's priorities.

Requesting a refund

Email support@runbackiq.com with your team name and VOD link. Requests are answered within 24 hours, and approved refunds are returned via the original payment method.
