Submitting a VOD is free and does not reserve a review slot. RunbackIQ reviews the footage and requested scope before accepting an order. If accepted, you will receive an exact quote and secure payment link. Work begins only after payment is confirmed and all required materials are accessible.

Usable communication analysis is already included in Full Team Reviews and Deep Dives when audio is supplied — there is never a separate comms fee. RunbackIQ does not offer follow-up calls, video calls, voice consultations, live coaching, or screen-share sessions at any price. Fulfillment is the written report by email plus the limited email clarification included with an eligible package.
Terms
Turnaround, refunds, and corrections
Turnaround
Delivery estimates begin when payment is confirmed and all required footage, permissions, roster information, and context have been received. Delays caused by inaccessible footage or missing customer information pause the delivery timeline.
Deep Dive timing is quoted after evidence and workload review. We do not promise 24-hour delivery unless rush capacity and an exact deadline have been approved.
Cancellations and refunds
Customers may cancel for a full refund before the order enters In Review. Because each report is custom work, payments are generally non-refundable after analysis begins, except when RunbackIQ cannot deliver the agreed service or applicable law requires otherwise.
Rush delivery
Rush service is available only when confirmed in writing. If RunbackIQ misses the agreed rush deadline for reasons under its control, the rush surcharge is refunded.
Corrections
Delivered reports include one correction request submitted within seven calendar days for factual, timestamp, link, or identification errors. Disagreement with an analytical conclusion does not by itself make the service defective.
