How it works

From raw film to a plan for the next game

A structured review process, applied the same way every time, so reports are comparable game to game.

01

Submit Your VOD

Send an accessible VOD link and identify the exact game or time range. No payment is required yet.

02

Confirm the Review

RunbackIQ verifies access, game support, footage length, package, price and estimated delivery date.

03

Receive Your Report

After payment, the VOD is reviewed and a human-approved, timestamped report is delivered by email.

The process in detail

  1. 1. Stage one — check my VOD

You send only what is needed to judge eligibility: email, team name, game, platform, VOD link, the game number and start/end timestamps, your desired package, and the two questions your team most wants answered. No payment is taken at this stage.

  2. 2. Confirmation

RunbackIQ opens the link and checks access, game support, readability and footage length, then emails you a written confirmation of the package, price and estimated delivery date. If the footage cannot be reviewed, you are told why and you pay nothing.

  3. 3. Stage two — team & review details

Once the footage is approved, you complete the detailed intake: roster and roles, intended offensive and defensive systems, switching, help and rotation rules, result, whether comms audio is included, and any context that changes how the film should be read.

  4. 4. Payment and film review

You pay through Stripe, then the match is watched in full. Key moments are logged with direct timestamps and grouped into themes. Repeated patterns are counted rather than guessed at, and opponent tendencies are tracked separately.

  5. 5. Prioritisation and human approval

Findings are ranked by cost to your team and limited to three main priorities. Every report is read back against the film before delivery: timestamps are verified, unsupported claims are removed, and scheme-dependent observations are labelled “Needs Team Context” instead of blamed on a player.

  6. 6. Delivery

The finished report is emailed to you, typically 2–3 business days. There are no accounts or dashboards — nothing to log into, nothing to lose access to.

The order flow, end to end

You always know the price and the delivery date before paying, and you are emailed at every stage.

VOD eligibility checklist

Check these before submitting. Eligibility is always confirmed before payment is requested.

  • The link must remain accessible throughout the review
  • The reviewed team must be identifiable
  • The exact game or start/end time must be provided
  • Gameplay should be complete and visually readable
  • The footage must fit the review-unit limit for your game, or add extra active minutes
  • Private links must grant RunbackIQ viewing access
  • Communication is helpful but not required
  • RunbackIQ will confirm eligibility before requesting payment

Human review and AI disclosure

Every conclusion in a RunbackIQ report is made and approved by a person. AI is used only for organization and formatting — never to decide what went wrong, who was responsible or what your team should change.

  • Every delivered report is reviewed by a person.
  • Observations are connected to timestamps.
  • Scheme-dependent conclusions are clearly labelled.
  • One clarification revision is included with a Full Team Review, Deep Dive and Individual POV Review.
  • Customer VODs remain private by default.
  • Public use of your footage or report requires your permission.
  • Footage limits and delivery dates are confirmed before payment.
  • Visible evidence is kept separate from uncertain conclusions.
