The service

RunbackIQ provides analytical review of competitive gameplay recordings. Deliverables are written reports containing observations, timestamps, prioritised problems and measurable priorities for the next game. Coaching sessions are not part of the service.

Your submission

• You must have the right to share the recording you submit.
• Links must remain accessible until your report is delivered.
• Information you provide about roster, systems and context must be accurate.

If a VOD is unusable — inaccessible, incomplete, or unreadable on screen — we will contact you for a replacement before starting the review.

Delivery

Reports are delivered by email, typically 2–3 business days. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees; if a review needs longer you will be told by email. Every report is reviewed before delivery.

Payment

Pricing displayed on the site is placeholder pricing and may change before checkout goes live. Until card checkout is available, payment instructions are sent by email and reviews begin once payment is arranged. The price confirmed to you by email applies to your order.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your gameplay recording. RunbackIQ retains rights to the report format, framework and methodology. You may share your report freely within your own organisation.

Acceptable use

Do not use RunbackIQ to obtain analysis of another team's private film that you do not have the right to share, or to request anything that violates a game publisher's terms. We may decline or refund a submission at our discretion.

Limits

Reports are analytical opinion based on the film provided. RunbackIQ does not guarantee competitive results, rankings or outcomes. RunbackIQ is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher.
