Terms of Service

RunbackIQ is a human-reviewed, data-assisted gameplay-analysis service. The deliverable is a written digital report delivered by email, plus the limited email clarification included with an eligible package.

RunbackIQ does not offer follow-up calls, video calls, voice consultations, live coaching, or screen-share sessions at any price. It is not a game seller, gambling service, ranking service, automated AI coach, or subscription.

Submitting a VOD is free and does not reserve a review slot or create a contract. RunbackIQ reviews the footage and requested scope before accepting an order.

If accepted, you receive an exact quote with approved scope, line items, total, terms, turnaround, and a unique Stripe-hosted Checkout link that expires after 24 hours. Work begins only after payment is confirmed and all required materials are accessible.

Prices and eligibility are calculated and validated server-side. Once sent, a quote is immutable; any change creates a new quote version, expires the prior checkout link, and requires a new payment or acknowledgment.

You confirm that you have authority to share the submitted gameplay footage and any included communications for private analysis, and that the links you supply remain accessible during fulfillment.

You must not submit credential-gated content or share account passwords. RunbackIQ will never ask for them.

The depth of analysis depends on the footage provided. A single player POV does not qualify as a complete team review. Communication is not assessed without usable audio, and RunbackIQ does not invent unseen information, player intent, team strategy, or responsibility.

Delivery estimates begin when payment is confirmed and all required footage, permissions, roster information, and context have been received. Delays caused by inaccessible footage or missing information pause the delivery timeline. Deep Dive timing is quoted after evidence and workload review.

Rush service is available only when confirmed in writing with an exact deadline. If RunbackIQ misses an agreed rush deadline for reasons under its control, the rush surcharge is refunded.

Delivered reports include one correction request submitted within seven calendar days for factual, timestamp, link, or identification errors. Disagreement with an analytical conclusion does not by itself make the service defective.

RunbackIQ provides analytical feedback and does not guarantee rank gains, wins, recruitment, tournament results, or professional advancement.

RunbackIQ is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any publisher, league, team, or organization referenced on this site.
