Question 1

Why should I use RunbackIQ instead of analyzing the VOD with AI myself?

Accepted Answer

You can use an AI tool yourself, but you are still responsible for supplying the correct footage, explaining your roles and system, creating effective prompts, checking timestamps, identifying unsupported conclusions, deciding which problems matter most, and presenting the findings to your team. RunbackIQ handles that complete process and delivers one human-checked, evidence-labeled report with exactly three shared priorities.

Question 2

What games does RunbackIQ review?

Accepted Answer

NBA 2K Pro-Am / Crew HQ 5v5 is available. Rocket League and Valorant are in beta, meaning every request is manually checked against reviewer knowledge and capacity. Other titles are on the Coming Soon list and use the request form.

Question 3

Who is RunbackIQ for?

Accepted Answer

Organized competitive rosters, amateur and semi-professional teams, league, scrim, Pro-Am, Premier, collegiate and community teams, plus captains, coaches, IGLs, and serious ranked players who want evidence instead of opinions.

Question 4

What is the difference between a Team Review and an Individual POV Review?

Accepted Answer

Team Reviews evaluate shared systems, spacing, rotations, roles, resources, opponent tendencies and team-wide execution. An Individual POV Review evaluates one selected player's visible decisions and execution. It cannot diagnose the complete team system or assign responsibility for unseen teammates, and it is not coaching.

Question 5

Which package should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Quick Team Audit covers three pivotal segments. Full Team Review covers one complete review unit and is the most common choice. Competitive Team Deep Dive covers every round or possession with a chronological breakdown. Individual POV Review covers one player.

Question 6

What footage qualifies for each package?

Accepted Answer

Individual POV Review needs one complete uninterrupted player POV. Team Reviews, including the Quick Team Audit, need a complete observer feed, wide-team VOD, or navigable replay. Deep Dive needs the strongest available evidence plus roster and role mapping, the intended system, match data, and synchronized comms when communication is in scope.

Question 7

Are match IDs, tracker links, or box scores enough?

Accepted Answer

No. They are supporting context only. They cannot show positioning, spacing, timing, communication, intended strategy, or responsibility, so they do not qualify as a VOD review on their own.

Question 8

Can I submit YouTube, Twitch, Google Drive, Ballchasing, replay, or observer footage?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as the link or file stays accessible without credentials during fulfillment and the gameplay is complete and unedited. We never ask for your Riot, platform, YouTube, or Twitch password.

Question 9

What if the VOD contains several games or maps?

Accepted Answer

Give exact start and end timestamps for the review unit you want analyzed. If the source contains multiple maps or matches, tell us which ones and in what order.

Question 10

Can RunbackIQ assess communication without audio?

Accepted Answer

No. Without usable team audio the report shows Communication: Not Assessed. We never infer calls from player movement alone.

Question 11

How are AI and data used?

Accepted Answer

Data and software assist the process — statistics, replay tools, and structured checklists. Every conclusion is written and checked by a human before delivery. RunbackIQ is not an automated AI coach.

Question 12

Is every report human-reviewed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every customer report passes a human quality check before it is emailed.

Question 13

How long does delivery take and when does the clock start?

Accepted Answer

Turnaround estimates begin when payment is confirmed and all required footage, permissions, roster information, and context have been received. Delays caused by inaccessible footage or missing information pause the timeline. Deep Dive timing is quoted after evidence and workload review.

Question 14

Why do I submit before paying?

Accepted Answer

Because a report is only worth buying if the evidence supports it. We check the footage, scope, and capacity first, then send an exact quote and secure payment link. Nothing is charged at submission.

Question 15

What happens if the footage is inaccessible or incomplete?

Accepted Answer

We mark the request Needs Information and ask for a replacement source or extra context. We do not charge for a report the evidence cannot support, and the delivery clock pauses while materials are missing.

Question 16

Are VODs and reports private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Footage, comms, roster details, and reports are private by default and are not published.

Question 17

Can I authorize an anonymized sample separately?

Accepted Answer

Yes. That permission is optional, unchecked by default, and separate from the required service authorization. It never grants permission to repost your raw gameplay or audio.

Question 18

What is the correction policy?

Accepted Answer

Delivered reports include one correction request within seven calendar days for factual, timestamp, link, or identification errors. Disagreeing with an analytical conclusion does not by itself make the service defective.

Question 19

What is the refund and rush policy?

Accepted Answer

You may cancel for a full refund before the order enters In Review. After analysis begins, payments are generally non-refundable because each report is custom work, except where RunbackIQ cannot deliver or law requires otherwise. Rush is only offered when confirmed in writing, and we refund the rush surcharge if we miss an agreed rush deadline for reasons under our control.

Question 20

Can I request a Coming Soon game?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use the Request Another Game form. We do not take payment or promise a report for a title until qualified review capacity exists.

Question 21

How is the report delivered?

Accepted Answer

By email, as a written digital report. There is no customer account or public dashboard at launch.
